You forgot your IPTV Smarters Pro PIN, and it’s frustrating—but don’t worry. There are simple ways to reset it and regain access.
Method 1: Uninstall the IPTV Smarters Pro App
The easiest way is to completely uninstall the app from your device and then reinstall it. This will remove all settings, including the PIN.
Uninstall IPTV Smarters Pro.
Install the latest version from the official source.
Open the app and log in again using your IPTV account details (server URL, username, and password).
Set a new PIN if needed.
Method 2: Manually Delete the App Data Folder (Windows Users Only)
If you’re using IPTV Smarters Pro on Windows, you can reset the PIN by manually deleting the app data folder:
Navigate to one of the following folders:

C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\IPTVSmarters\
Delete the entire IPTV Smarters folder found there.
Important: Make sure you have your IPTV login credentials (server URL, username, and password) before deleting any files, as you will need them to log in again after resetting.
After Reset
When you open the app and log in again, you can set a new PIN in the Parental Control settings if you want to lock certain channels.
